- For your convenience we offer to inform you of your booking numbers via e-mail. Using these numbers you can get information on delivery in MyDPD. All you need to do is to request this service when making a booking; you can also choose to receive booking numbers on a regular basis. This service is complimentary.
- When making a booking you have an option to choose electronic proof of delivery of your parcel and we will send information on delivery to you by e-mail. You can also choose to receive electronic proofs of delivery on a regular basis. This service is complimentary.

Should you wish to get proof of delivery (a copy of waybill with the signature of the recipient),
we will be pleased to provide this service for
DPD 10:00,
DPD 13:00,
DPD AVIA EXPRESS,
DPD BIZPAK,
DPD CLASSIC and
DPD ECONOMY
for a small extra charge. We can provide proof of delivery for shipments made within the previous 4 months.
