Proof of Delivery

  • To keep an eye on consignment status and get information on delivery for your domestic shipments on our Web site, take advantage of our complimentary interactive MyDPD online tools.
  • For your convenience we offer to inform you of your booking numbers via e-mail. Using these numbers you can get information on delivery in MyDPD. All you need to do is to request this service when making a booking; you can also choose to receive booking numbers on a regular basis. This service is complimentary.
  • When making a booking you have an option to choose electronic proof of delivery of your parcel and we will send information on delivery to you by e-mail. You can also choose to receive electronic proofs of delivery on a regular basis. This service is complimentary.
  • Should you wish to get proof of delivery (a copy of waybill with the signature of the recipient), we will be pleased to provide this service for DPD 10:00, DPD 13:00, DPD AVIA EXPRESS, DPD BIZPAK, DPD CLASSIC and DPD ECONOMY for a small extra charge. We can provide proof of delivery for shipments made within the previous 4 months.
