Accompanying documents for importing.

In case your shipment contains documents*, all you will need to do is to complete our booking request and to state "Documents" in the Description field of our form. In this case no further paperwork is required.

In case your shipment contains non-document items, please inform the shipper that 5 copies of a Proforma Invoice completed in English need to be attached to the parcel and given to the courier when shipping.

^*	Documents include business and personal correspondence, contracts and other printed / typed / handwritten information on separate sheets of paper which are not bound together, with the maximum total weight of 10 kg.
